The dry ripe character of chardonnay made refreshing by the addition of natural peach. Best served cold. Some like it with ice cream in a smoothie or carbonate and make bellini's for brunch. This wine really pairs well with eastern NC Barbecue with its vinegar and red pepper sauce.
